Delivery Information

All orders are despatched Monday to Thursday. We do not despatch on a Friday or the weekend.

When you place an order, we currently work to a 3-5 working day turn around due to the fact that all of our products are hand produced.

The goods are despatched on a 'Next Day' courier service in temperature-controlled packaging units which maintain an ambient temperature for up to 48 hours.

Once your order has been placed an email will follow confirming your delivery date. Upon the day of despatch you will receive tracking and delivery notification from our courier via email.

We do not track orders so will not be able to notify you of courier delays. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer at 48 hours due to courier delays. Our boxes do keep everything frozen for 48 hours.

Our couriers will leave without a signature i.e. (garden, porch, doorstep), as the contents are perishable they should not be returned to depot. If you do not have a safe place for it to be left, it is your responsibility to make sure you are in to sign for your parcel. If your order is taken back to the local depot, it is your responsibility to collect the order from the depot or arrange another delivery.

*All orders must be a minimum of 3.5kg (approx. 20 x 180g).

Delivery costs are £9.99 up to 15kg & £14.99 up to 30kg.

As our product is perishable, we can only deliver to UK Mainland. Please contact us if you want confirmation as to whether we can ship to your address.

We offer free local deliveries within a 10 mile radius of Lymington (SO41). Please contact us to order direct.
